Villa Seascapes is a wonderful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa located in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on St.Maarten.  The villa offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barths in the distance.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor of the villa.  The master bedroom offers a king bed, spacious closet, personal safe and en-suite bathroom with shower.  The 2nd & 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet space and en-suite bathroom with shower.  Within the villa, you can access the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom...The 3rd bedroom is accessed from the terrace/pool area. 

On the lower level of the villa, with its own entrance, is the 4th bedroom offering partial ocean and garden views.  It is  a self sufficient one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, living/dining area to include flat screen Cable TV and private bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
