Villa Byzance is a unique 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms St Barths luxury villa rental, perched on the top of the breezy hills of Colombier, providing total privacy and breathtaking views from all vantage points, featuring antiques, as well as exceptional art masterpieces : classified wall paintings by the Gabriel ECHENIQUE CHAVEZ (Mexican artist who also decorated private residences and hotels in Paris, Vancouver, Istanbul, Bodrum and Kusadasy), painting in the guest bedroom by Julio CHICO (Mexican artist exhibiting in various modern art museum throughout the word : Sofia, Caracas, La Havana…), a Galleria dell'Accademia in Florence registered copy of Michelangelo’s sculpture of David in the master bedroom bathroom.
The classic simplicity of the white colour theme throughout the house and the impressive window walls opening widely on the views give an incredible feeling of space, privacy and peacefulness.
Each of the 2 bedrooms, located on each side of the villa has its private living, en suite bathroom and dressing. The master bedroom also features a sauna and a Jacuzzi bathtub, real invitations to relaxation.
A beautiful lanscaped garden surrounds Byzance with various deck areas to enjoy the views, as well as the sun (or shade) all through the day, spacious deck around the lovely pool overlooking la Petite Anse bay, Bonhomme islet and the ocean.
