Oustide living area nearby the pool with nice teak benches and hammocks.

Three different dining areas on the covered terraces, one by the kitchen with a table for 6, one by the pool with a round table for 4 and one by the living with ocean view, table for up to 12 persons.

SWIMMING POOL

Located in the center of the patio in the sun and protected from the wind and from any indiscreet eye, the nice little pool (4m x 5m, 30m3) is surrounded by the patio and a nice deck.Oustide shower.

Comfortable folding beach chairs and cooler at the guests disposal.

GARDEN

The lush tropical garden surrounds villa APIANO and a path has been made to enjoy the variety of the local flora and to access a area to play “Pétanque” (bocce). Soon, indications will be put by the plants so that one can learn the different species encountered here. Many tropical little birds are nesting in the garden !
