Villa Kaloo is a cute and cosy traditional Caribbean architecture inspired 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with a contemporary decoration, composed of 2 bungalows, surrounded by a tropical garden and located in Pointe-Milou, in short walking distance to the famous and Must island restaurant, Ti St Barth !
The first bungalow features the great room with the kitchen and living opening onto the dining and outside living on one side and the Master bedroom on the other side.
The bedrooms 2 & 3 are hosted in the second bungalow, separated from the first one by the nice swimming pool (heated in winter time) and deck.
Furniture, linen and tableware designed and made by Maison Flamant in Belgium, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac litography's in the bedrooms.

Kitchen
At the rear of the great room, the kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar for 6 guests (6 unique driftwood stools made by a Belgium artist, Catherine Op de Beeck) , electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dish washer, fridge and freezer with ice maker, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor with blender, electric kettle, ceiling fan. Gaz BBQ outside. Service for 12.
Living / Dining
Living area in the great room, with flat screen television with Canal Satellite and TNT channels, HDMI socket to connect a computer on the TV to watch videos, mobile Bluetooth speaker, telephone, WIFI.
The great room open on one side on the outside living and on the other side on the dining area with a teak wood table for 10-12 guests.
Swimming pool
Lovely swimming pool (8m x 3m and 1.50m deep), heated in winter time. Deck with 4 lounge chairs and garden area above.
