On the lower level of the villa, with its own entrance, is the 4th bedroom offering partial ocean and garden views. It is a self sufficient one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, living/dining area to include flat screen Cable TV and private bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
