Completely renovated, the home features new Tekalu windows and doors, rolling systems throughout, a sophisticated alarm system, fresh interior and exterior paint, full air-conditioning, new fans, and updated lighting inside and out.

The villa is arranged over two levels with tiled floors and interiors furnished with a combination of rattan and handmade pieces imported from Indonesia. The upper level captures stunning views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, while sliding doors open almost the full length of the sea-facing wall to create a true indoor/outdoor setting.

The custom kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and blue tile accents that complement the white shutter cabinetry. A separate TV seating area is tucked behind the main living space.

Outside, the infinity-style pool sits on a tiled deck with comfortable teak lounge chairs for four guests. The villa offers two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom features a king-size mahogany bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and French doors opening to a private deck overlooking the beach and sea. Stairs lead to a larger sundeck just above the water and a lower deck directly on the sea, giving direct access to Dawn Beach and the Westin Dawn Beach Resort, Casino and Spa.
